Spray-On RV Roof in Florida
If you keep resealing the same seams, vents and edges, a spray-on roof ends the cycle. Total Rig sprays a seamless polyurea membrane over a prepared roof for $300 per foot of RV length, $4,500 minimum. Here is what is in the package, and what is not.
The problem with seams
Every RV roof has seams, vents, skylights and edges held together by sealant. In Florida, heat and UV keep that sealant moving and cracking, and afternoon storms push water into every gap.
Water that gets past the sealant soaks the deck. A soft deck has to be repaired before any coating can hold, and by then a reseal has become a repair.
Is that the cycle you keep running into?
How a spray-on roof solves it
| What goes wrong | What it leads to | What the spray-on roof does |
|---|---|---|
| Sealant lines crack with heat | Water finds the gap | Polyurea cures into one continuous layer, with no sealant lines or tape edges across the roof |
| Vents, skylights and edges leak | Slow leaks soak the deck | Roof items are removed, resealed and reinstalled, and the coating wraps around them |
| Patches and reseals pile up | You keep paying to maintain it | One project replaces repeated resealing |

Three levels
Every roof starts with an inspection. We recommend the level the roof needs, not the biggest job. The per-foot price is the starting point for all three, and repairs are scoped and quoted before work starts.
| Level | Fits when | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Seal | Roof in good condition | Inspection and moisture check, clean and prep, seam treatment, seamless protective coating |
| Restore | Roof showing wear | Everything in Seal, repair of damaged or soft areas, roof items removed, resealed and reinstalled |
| Total Armor | Most complete | Everything in Restore, full seamless polyurea system, lifetime warranty and completion report |
How we prep and where we spray
- Moisture. We map it at inspection and repair and dry any wet or soft deck before anything is sprayed.
- Surface. Prep is matched to your roof, whether EPDM, TPO, fiberglass or aluminum.
- Indoors. Your RV is sprayed inside our temperature-controlled shop, so Florida weather never moves your date.
How the work goes
- Inspect and quote. Roof check, moisture map and written scope.
- Prep. Clean, repair and prepare surfaces.
- Seal and spray. Seams and penetrations are treated, then the coating is sprayed.
- Reinstall and reset. Vents and fixtures go back on, resealed.
- Report. Dated photos and warranty details.
Spray-on or reseal?
A reseal costs less today and has to be redone as the sealant ages. A spray-on roof costs more up front and removes most seam lines. If your roof is sound and you are fine maintaining sealant, a reseal costs less. See the side-by-side comparison.

What happens if I sell the RV?
