What shape is your RV roof in?

Most RV roof leaks start at a seam, vent or edge and spread under the surface. Total Rig sprays a seamless polyurea roof over a prepared deck. The price is $300 per foot of RV length, $4,500 minimum, and you can see it before we ever see your roof.

Small leaks do not stay small

A cracked seam is cheap to fix. What follows it is not.

Water gets in

Heat and UV crack sealant lines at vents, seams and edges. Afternoon storms push water into every gap.

The deck soaks

Water that reaches the roof deck makes it soft. A soft deck has to be repaired and dried before any coating can hold.

The repair gets bigger

A reseal becomes a repair. Insurance usually covers sudden storm damage, not wear and age, so a slow leak is often your cost.

Does that match what you are seeing?

No guessing at what is in the quote. This is the whole thing.

$300per foot

$4,500 minimum. A 30 ft trailer is $9,000. Scope and price are confirmed after we inspect the roof, before any work starts.

Questions people ask before they book

Why spray-on instead of resealing the roof I have?

A reseal costs less up front, but the seams and sealant lines stay, and they keep moving with the heat. A spray-on roof costs more up front and removes most of those lines. See the side-by-side comparison.

What if my roof deck is soft?

We map moisture at inspection. Soft or wet areas are repaired and dried before anything is sprayed. If the deck is too far gone, we tell you before you spend anything on coating.

Will it hold up in Florida heat and rain?

Polyurea cures into one flexible membrane built for heat and heavy rain, with no sealant lines to crack. Your RV is prepped for its roof surface and sprayed indoors in a temperature-controlled shop.

How is it priced?

The spray-on roof is $300 per foot of RV length with a $4,500 minimum. A 30 ft trailer is $9,000. We confirm scope and price after inspection, before work starts. See the cost page.

Can you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We can work as the repair vendor for a carrier, or directly with you while you work with yours. Either way you get a dated, line-item completion report. Your carrier decides what is covered.

What happens if I sell the RV?

The lifetime warranty on the coating we apply transfers to the next owner.

Do you work on motorhomes?

No. We work on travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers.

Can you deliver and set up my trailer?

Yes. Our concierge service covers towing, delivery, site placement and storage.
