RV Roof Leak Repair in Florida
Water on the ceiling, a soft spot underfoot, or a vent that never stays sealed. We find where the water is coming in, map how far it has spread, and repair it. You see the scope and price before work starts.
What are you seeing?
| What you see | What it usually means | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| A stain or drip on the ceiling | Water is getting past a seam, vent or edge. The stain is often not where the leak starts. | Trace the source, test for moisture, repair and reseal |
| A soft spot or spongy feel underfoot | Water has soaked the roof deck | Map the damage, repair soft areas, dry everything before sealing or spraying |
| Bubbling, lifting or delamination | The roof layers are separating, often from trapped moisture | Inspect how far it goes, repair, and recommend a recoat if the surface is failing |
| Cracked sealant around vents and skylights | Heat and UV have broken down the sealant | Remove old sealant and reseal, or include the roof item in a full coating |
| Damage after a storm | Wind, hail or debris punctured or lifted the surface | Document and repair. See the claim steps |

Why we find the source first
Patching the spot you can see usually misses where the water got in. We trace it, test the deck for moisture, and show you what we found before we quote.
Repair or recoat?
A repair fixes the damage. A spray-on roof prevents the next leak by removing most seam lines. Many owners repair first and then coat, so we scope both and you choose with the numbers in front of you. Spray-on roofs are $300 per foot of RV length, $4,500 minimum. See spray-on roofs and cost.

Questions
How do I know if my roof deck is soft?
A spongy feel underfoot, ceiling stains and sagging near vents are common signs. We confirm it with a moisture check, not a guess.
Can you fix one leak without recoating the whole roof?
Yes. We repair the damaged area or reseal the vent or skylight that is leaking. If the whole roof is failing, we show you why a full coating makes more sense.
Will insurance pay for a leak repair?
If the leak comes from storm damage, possibly. Slow leaks from wear and age usually are not covered. Your carrier decides. See the claim steps.
How is repair priced?
Every leak is different, so repairs are scoped after inspection. You approve the scope and price before work starts.
Do you repair motorhome roofs?
No. We work on travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers.
