How we find it
We inspect the roof top to bottom, every seal and every penetration. Then we go inside and look for stains, soft spots, odor and water trails, and use moisture readings to tie what we see inside back to where it started on top.

You get both options and both prices. No pressure either way.
Repair
We fix the damage and the deck under it, and reseal the area. Good when the rest of the roof is sound and you plan to keep up with the reseal schedule.
Repair + lifetime roof
We fix the damage first, then spray the seamless membrane over the whole roof. No more reseals. A lifetime warranty that transfers when you sell. $300 per foot, $4,500 minimum.
