TotalRig Spot Finder

Ready-to-book campsites, without the phone tag

Hand us your must-have specs. We do the calling and verifying, and send back two to three ready-to-book options with the heavy lifting already done.

Every RVer knows the drill. You pull up a search or your favorite RV app, find a campground that looks promising, and then: two days of dead-end phone tag, automated recording loops, and outdated website calendars stop you from checking this one thing off your list.

When you finally reach a human, you get hit with disqualifiers as if you were the worst possible customer. "We don't take rigs over 35 feet." "No pets over thirty pounds." "Our 50-amp slots filled up three months ago." It's an RV. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Spot Finder exists to kill that friction.

We don't do directories that update too slowly, and we don't do bots that guess at availability. We do targeted, boots-on-the-ground, handshake deals that put our customers at the top of the list. We're constantly building our network, and since we're located in the center of the number one travel destination in the world, that network will be stronger than any app or AI agent out there.

A tight, zero-leakage workflow

Speed is the name of the game for the best spots. The process only works when everyone plays by the rules, so here they are, up front and in writing.

  1. You lock in your specsEvery search starts with a non-negotiable checklist. If the specs are incomplete, we don't start. Got a deadline? Tell us. Specifics? Tell us. Don't know? Tell us that too. Guessing is how a trip gets bad days.
  2. You pay the search depositA non-refundable upfront deposit covers the communication and vetting labor. It makes sure you're as committed to us as we are to you.
  3. We call, verify and matchPhone verification and criteria matching against your exact rig and requirements.
  4. You get 2–3 ready-to-book optionsVerified sites, delivered to your inbox. The remaining success fee is due only when we deliver the final verified site find.
  5. You book within 2–4 hoursCampground availability changes hourly. You have a two-to-four-hour window to call and secure the spot. Give us the authority to book it, and we'll handle that too.

The intake checklist

  • Power draw: 30-amp or 50-amp
  • Rig year (crucial for parks with age limits)
  • Pet breed and weight
  • Exact budget cap, including utilities
  • Your deadline
  • Any personal requirements

Where Spot Finder fits

TotalRig's core work is lifetime RV roofs, value-adding upgrades, and over-the-road prevention maintenance. Spot Finder is the front-end companion that makes your destination an easy landing.

The same owners who need their roofs armored for long-term use are the ones burning days trying to secure a seasonal or monthly pad. We solve the placement problem first, and we'd like to be your partner for every major upgrade after that.

Can we book it for you?

Sending specs doesn't start the search. We confirm the details and collect the search deposit first.

One last step: send it

Your messages app should open with everything filled in. Press send. Roof photos help, so add a few to the text if you can.
