A seamless roof you never reseal
We spray a 100% polyurea membrane over the entire roof of your travel trailer, fifth wheel or toy hauler. It bonds to the roof, flows around every vent and fixture, and cures into one continuous shell.
Why factory roofs keep failing
Most trailer roofs are EPDM rubber or TPO. Both depend on seams, adhesive and lap sealant at every edge and penetration. Sun, heat and road vibration dry that sealant out and pull it away. To stay ahead of it, the roof needs a full inspection and reseal every year or two, with touch-ups in between.
Almost nobody keeps that schedule. Water gets in at a vent or a seam, travels along the decking and wiring, and shows up somewhere else as stains, soft spots and rot.
Polyurea takes the seams out of the picture. There's nothing to reseal.
What the membrane brings
- Seamless: one continuous skin, no laps or edges to peel.
- Flexible: it moves with the trailer on the road instead of cracking.
- Tough: resists tears and punctures from limbs and road life.
- UV stable: made to sit in Florida sun for years.
- Fully bonded: water can't work underneath like it does with a sheet membrane.
Built for the trailers we work on
Bumper pulls, fifth wheels and toy haulers. Same system, same warranty.
Bumper pull
Travel trailers on a ball hitch. The most common roof we see, and the one most often resealed.
Fifth wheel
Taller front cap and a long roof line. More seams, more penetrations, more to protect.
Toy hauler
Garage, ramp door and usually a heavier load on the frame. Same seamless roof, start to finish.

Questions, answered straight
Will it change the height or look of my roof?
The membrane adds minimal thickness and follows the existing contours, so the height and profile stay essentially the same. The finish is clean and uniform.
What if there is already water damage underneath?
We find soft or compromised decking during the assessment, price it, and replace it before the new membrane goes down. Spraying over rotten structure would undermine the whole system.
Can I walk on it or mount solar later?
Yes. Once cured, it's made to be walked on for normal maintenance. Solar and other mounts can go on later, installed so they don't compromise the membrane. Call us first and we'll do it right.
How long does it take?
It depends on roof size and what the assessment turns up. Prep can run from a day to several days, and we don't rush the cure. You get the timeline with your quote.
