Storm or limb damage? We document it right.
We work direct for your carrier, or you work with your carrier and we work for you. Either way, you get an insurance-grade report when the job is done.
Two ways to run it
What's in the report
- Intake photos of the whole unit, inside and out
- VIN, year, make and model
- Damage located and measured on the roof
- Interior findings tied to the source
- Moisture readings where needed
- Before, during and after photos
- Materials used and warranty paperwork
Questions, answered straight
Will my insurance pay for this?
It depends on what happened. Sudden, accidental damage like a tree limb, hail or a storm puncture is typically covered under comprehensive, minus your deductible. Gradual failure from dried-out sealant or neglected seams usually isn't. We'll tell you honestly what to expect before any work starts.
Who do you work for?
Either your carrier or you. We can work direct for the carrier, or you work with your carrier and we work for you. Either way, the documentation is the same.
What if the claim doesn't cover everything?
You get a final price for the full job up front. If part of it isn't covered, you'll know what that part costs before you approve anything.
